Stud type track rollers with or without an eccentric axle box – full complement needle track roller is characterized by an integrated stud and a thick outer ring that can directly rotate on the mating tracks.
Typically used when high load capacity and high shock resistance are required it can, also, support angular misalignments because of the particular geometry of the generatrix of the outer surface.
The full complement roller can support higher loads than the roller with cage, but the maximum operation speed is lower.
It can be provided with an eccentric axle box to allow the radial adjustement.
